and website at luxlinxapp.com (collectively, the “Service”).

Profile information: profile photo(s), bio, city, age, gender, relationship status, travel status, Instagram handle, membership tier, and privacy preferences you choose to provide.
Location information: approximate or precise location when you enable location services, including map visibility settings and city selections used for features such as Find Luxers and hosted experiences.
User-generated content: messages, hosted experience details (title, venue, date, description, category, pricing), join requests, reviews, and other content you submit through the Service.
Payment information: subscription and billing are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect billing details, transaction history, and related payment metadata in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.
Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, IP address, log data, and information about how you interact with the Service.
Communications: information you send to us for support or feedback.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
Create and manage your account and profile;
Enable messaging, map discovery, profile requests, and host/join experiences;
Process subscriptions and membership features (including messaging unlock and Gold Host access);
Send transactional notifications, push alerts, and service-related communications;
Enforce our Terms of Service, protect safety, and prevent fraud or abuse;
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
Analyze usage trends to improve performance and user experience.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
With other members: information you choose to make public or visible (such as profile details, map visibility, or published hosted experiences) may be seen by other LuxLinx members according to your settings.
Service providers: we use trusted third parties to help operate the Service, including hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Railway), authentication and data storage (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud Firestore), payment processing (Stripe), photo/media hosting (e.g., Cloudinary), push notification delivery (Expo/Apple Push Notification service), email delivery, and analytics or error monitoring where applicable.
Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
Business transfers: information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (including Stripe checkout pages, maps, and social platforms).

Opt out of non-essential push notifications in device settings;

LuxLinx is intended for adults. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

“Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
