Common topics
Sign in / verification: Check spam/junk for verification codes. Ensure you’re using the same email you registered with.
Subscriptions (Messaging / Gold Host): Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. After purchase, return to the app and allow a moment for membership to sync. Contact us if benefits don’t appear within a few minutes.
Cancel a subscription: Use the Stripe customer portal link from your receipt, or email us with the email used at checkout.
Host experiences: Gold Host membership is required to publish experiences. Use the Host tab to create, edit, or cancel events.
Map / location: Enable location permissions in iOS Settings → LuxLinx. Adjust map visibility in your profile settings.
Push notifications: Enable notifications in iOS Settings → LuxLinx.
Delete account: Email us from your registered address with the subject line “Delete my LuxLinx account.”
